Your eyes were an amazing mix of gray and blue, the same as the combined color van Gogh used in his Arles painting "Orchard In Bloom With Poplars In The Forefront." I am not sure, but I believe the exact mix. I will have to check. You were touching my throat with serious fingers. I was wading into the gray of your eyes, swimming toward the blue and wishing Vincent could have known such sweetness at least once in his life.
