January 2007 Chapter Update

On January 27, 2007, we graduated sixteen Level 1A and Level 1B students. Our next class sessions will begin February 10, 2007, serving Level 1A, Level 1B, Level 2A, and Level 2B students. We are grateful that several of our Level 2 students will be volunteering as assistant teachers with our Level 1 students.

We are also happy to have an ongoing GNG class in association with the One Alternative Education Program in Lodi, serving Lodi and Stockton students. Additionally, we are very pleased to announce that we have completed one session at Peterson Hall, Juvenile Detention facility, in Stockton in December 2006, and will began a second session in January 2007.

Guitar teachers are greatly needed. Please volunteer.
