After 35 years as a high school and middle school teacher, poet and Lodi farmer Wallace Condon devotes his retirement to growing delicious tasting heirloom potatoes and an appetizing variety of unique garlic. He is committed to genetic diversity and to the preservation of heirloom and rare varieties of produce. He is a member of Seed Savers Exchange.
